OVERVIEW

One of our most popular under sink grease traps. Measuring 380mm x 380mm x 285mm and made from food and medical grade 304 stainless steel, this is the ideal size to accommodate the flow rate of a single bowl commercial sink.  

Compact with easy to access for cleaning this under sink grease trap starts collecting fats, oils and grease (FOG) from the moment it is fitted. 

This is considered suitable for food service establishments producing up to 100 meals per day, or for the flow rate of one sink bowl. Two lower valves enable quick drain-offs so periodic cleaning and wiping the inside of the trap is quick and easy. If you have more than one commercial sink bowl, why not try our larger GT80 or GT100 models.
