You can find an item by using the search function on the home page or by browsing through the categories at the top of your screen.
To add the item to your basket, click add to cart then enter the quantity required into the box marked ‘Qty’. This adds the product into your basket, and you can choose to either continue shopping for more products or continue to the checkout.
If you wish to change the number of items or remove items completely from your basket you will need to click on’ ‘view basket’ at the right hand top of the screen and then click on update basket. You can overtype the number required in the ‘Qty’ column. If you wish to delete an item completely then click the ‘remove’ button located underneath the item.
Once you have finished adding items to your basket click the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the steps to complete your order. If you are a new customer you will be taken through a registration process before selecting a delivery address and saving it for future use and choosing your delivery type. If you are a existing customer, you can simply enter your email address and choose a password. When you get to the ‘Confirmation’ screen you can check that all the details you have entered are correct and that you have all the items that you wanted to order. You will be provided with an order reference number and a confirmation email.

We accept all card payments, and PayPal. Please note that prices on the site are excluding VAT, and this will be added onto your amount in your basket
Delivery to the mainland UK costs vary depending on the product, the cost will come up once you select the delivery method in the checkout. Additional charges do apply to what are classed as “offshore and remote” areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Our next day delivery promise is extremely important to us; delivery is generally made the next working day if an order is placed before 3pm. Orders placed on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Monday, unless a premium delivery service has been requested. Some items have longer delivery times; these different times are always made clear on the website.
We deliver on Saturdays until 2pm. This requires a small charge which differs depending on the value of your order. Our next day delivery promise does not apply at weekends for standard orders. If you wish to pay for Saturday delivery please give us a call for a quote 0800 002 9678.
