For example, it may be problematic if you buy a trap that is too small for your intended flow rate. This can quickly be ‘false economy’ and backing up or flooding is a real risk.  Therefore, we also advise our customer to consider how many sinks will connect to your grease trap.  You should also give consideration to what, if any, dishwashers will feed in to the trap along with overall meal covers per day. If you have 2-3 commercial sinks and you’d like a larger version of this same product, no problem!
